«The Opus Office»
Signature style

An office in the Opus building designed by the famous Zaha Hadid in Dubai. The architecture immediately dictates the modern design inside.

The client's wish was to «create a warm atmosphere so that you don't want to leave». We achieved this with streamlined forms, art, artistic lighting and textiles that also help with soundproofing.

A special solution was applied in zoning: there is a workspace with classic seating, with a high bar table, free zones with capsules for working in a more private environment. The office is designed for 50 workplaces with the possibility of increasing the number of workplaces. There is a «soft» area overlooking the Dubai panorama and a waiting and meeting area for clients, where a large stand highlights the company's achievements and regalia.

Important techniques in this design make it unique and special. First and foremost is the rounded glass partitions with copper trim and the backlighting inside raises the ceiling and makes it weightless. Architectural light, which through a long corridor passes through the whole office at different levels and adds dynamics to the interior. And also art in the form of sculptures made of 200 (!) balloons - as in many of my projects, this is an author's work and it is unique.

It turned out to be a very modern multifunctional office. It will definitely become a significant advantage in the fight for the loyalty of the best staff and clients.
