I’m delighted to present a new project: a two-story house with a pool in Dubai.
All areas are united by a modern style in white and gray tones, complemented by the play of light and textures of stone, glass, metal, and art objects.
For the entrance area, we opted for a combination of metal and stone as the main accent. With mirrors, lighting, and voluminous art, the space gains an incredible 3D effect.
On the first floor, we enter a very spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen with a bar and island. Here, the perfect balance between zoning and open space has been achieved. The «black» kitchen is completely hidden from view.
This floor also features a home office and a gym. Everything has been meticulously planned: exercise equipment, stretching areas, shelves for water bottles, and a bin for used towels.
The second floor is a private space with the master bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the master suite is complemented by an unconventional walk-in closet. In addition to standard sections for clothes, linens, and accessories, we’ve created a dedicated shoe area and dressing space.
The girl’s bedroom reflects her passion for gymnastics and includes a «wall of achievements» showcasing trophies and medals. Another room is currently designed as a guest bedroom but can easily be transformed into a nursery.
The patio area is modern and functionally organized. Rising directly from the pool is a live tree, adding greenery and shade — a feature that’s highly relevant in the hot climate. A sliding pergola fully shades the outdoor dining area.
This project demonstrates the perfect balance: everyone has their own personal space for private relaxation, while shared zones both inside the house and in the yard allow for quality time together.
